We had an amazing experience at this luxurious hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing us with the utmost comfort during our stay. We especially loved the attention to detail, such as the four different pillow options available, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The location was also convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby, as well as being close to the Senai Airport and Johor Premium Outlets. Additionally, the hotel provided airport shuttle service, adding to the overall convenience of our stay.

The hotel's shuttle service was a great way to explore the area without having to worry about transportation. the driver was knowledgeable about the local attractions and gave great recommendations. the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch and had a good variety of options. the location was also key, easily accessible to nearby restaurants and shops.

While the location was convenient, the room itself wasn't up to par. the shower drain was clogged and flooded the entire bathroom whenever I showered.
