I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with spotless rooms that were serviced daily. The hotel facilities were great, from the comfy bed to the friendly staff. The central location was a major advantage, as it was close to Komtar where all the buses pass by. This made transportation incredibly convenient, allowing me to explore the city easily. Additionally, there were plenty of eateries nearby, making it easy to find delicious food options.

The staff is friendly and helpful, and they can speak English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Malay. They are willing to go the extra mile, such as arranging taxis for guests. The lobby provides a comfortable area with drinks, water, and seating for guests to rest. The hotel's location is perfect for those who want to experience local living, especially when it comes to food. There are plenty of street food stalls and interesting attractions within walking distance.

The staff at Inn Residence 18 make you feel very special, and they are always ready to assist you with anything you need. Nothing is too much trouble for them.

I recently stayed at a wonderful inn in a great location. The hotel is newly renovated and combines the charm of a historic building with modern amenities. There are plenty of fantastic restaurants and food stalls nearby. My room, while windowless, was bright and cheerful with a comfortable bed and modern bathroom. The staff at the hotel were incredibly polite and helpful, providing me with maps and helpful advice. The hotel is also conveniently located within walking distance to all the sights in the old town. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at a conveniently located hotel in George Town. The staff at Inn Residence 18 were excellent, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The rooms were cleaned daily and the beds were comfortable. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the area on foot. Despite some minor drawbacks, such as limited TV channels and a lack of toiletries, these were easily overlooked due to the overall positive experience. We highly recommend this hotel for its great location, excellent staff, and clean rooms. we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend Inn Residence 18 to others.

I recently stayed at Inn Residence 18 for a week in George Town. The location of the hotel was perfect for my travel purpose, as it was close to the night hawker center and within walking distance of the main sightseeing spots. Additionally, it was convenient to have the Komtar terminal nearby. The staff was accommodating, allowing me to do an early check-in since my room was ready. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and quiet, with no issues of noise or lack of soundproofing. The hotel also offered bicycle rentals for only RM10/day, which was a great way to explore the area. it was a pleasant stay with excellent amenities and a helpful staff.

Based on my experience, I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

I really got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was clean and decently sized, plus I had my own bathroom which was a big plus. The location was fantastic, with lots of Chinese Hawker markets nearby. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Angel who knew everything about the attractions and answered all my questions without hesitation.

Hotel breakfast could have been better with more variety in the channels offered. Some toothbrushes and toothpaste in the room would also have been a nice addition.
