Spacious rooms and a good buffet breakfast were the best aspects of my stay. The hotel is conveniently located near several shopping centers and is close to a PCR test facility, which was a major advantage. The bed was also comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The cleaning of the rooms needs attention as it was not up to par. It was a bit frustrating to have my table cleared at the buffet when I went to get something, forcing me to start all over again.

We had high expectations for our stay at Intercontinental and we were not disappointed. The room was beautiful, with a spacious layout and a well-equipped bathroom finished in sleek marble. The highlight was definitely the enormous bed, the largest I've ever seen in a hotel room. The breakfast selection was great, with a variety of options and the added bonus of specialty coffee included. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. Check-in was efficient and hassle-free. The pool and gym facilities were also impressive.

The hotel’s location is great for those who want to explore the city. It's not far from KLCC and major shopping centres. Guests can find plenty of places to eat and drink as it's close to all downtown amenities. The downstairs restaurant provides a varied menu with more choice.

The hotel lacks soundproofing; it is not possible to avoid hearing outside noises, which may disturb light sleepers.

The room looked tired and dated, the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were lumpy. Worst of all, the noise from the street and the neighboring rooms kept us up at night.
