The hotel is located in the center of town, making it convenient to access all the good food places in Ipoh. The staff at this hotel offer excellent service and treat guests like friends and even family. The rooms at this hotel are well-appointed, with attention to detail like rainforest showers and really hot water for the bathroom. The breakfast included with the room is a nice perk, ensuring guests start their day with a satisfying meal.

All aspects of the stay were satisfactory.

Conveniently located near the old town, the Ipoh Downtown Hotel provided a comfortable stay for us. The friendly and efficient front desk staff made check-in and check-out a breeze. We enjoyed a short walk to the old town to indulge in delicious local cuisine. Despite the slow wifi and limited car parking, the hotel staff went above and beyond to assist us. we would recommend this hotel for its close proximity to the old town and pleasant service.

Great location, close to lots of shops and entertainment. Amazing rainforest shower with superb water pressure.

Tiny rooms, not comfortable for a 6-night stay. Staff not helpful when we requested an upgrade due to our luggage not fitting in the room.

There were a few instances where the noise from the main road disturbed guests in their rooms.
