We had a lovely stay at Jazz Hotel in George Town. The spacious room was incredibly comfortable, with a cozy bed and pillows that ensured a great night's sleep. The restaurant had a nice ambient atmosphere and cool interior design. The hotel's location near Gurney Drive was perfect for finding delicious food. our experience was fantastic and we would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel and it was amazing! The rooms were clean and luxurious, and the staff were incredibly kind and friendly. They even helped me book a ferry to Langkawi, which can be quite challenging. The breakfast buffet was worth every penny, with a wide variety of high-quality food. The rooftop pool provided a stunning view of the skyline and the sea. The hotel also offers a free bus line or you can take a short walk to the nearby bus station. There are plenty of shops, markets, and restaurants in the area, including a mall across the street. For the price I paid, this place was definitely worth it. I would love to stay here again for more than just a couple of nights.

I do have one small complaint about the laundry prices, as I didn't realize how expensive it would be. However, overall, I highly recommend this hotel to my friends.

Had a great Easter break at this hotel. the breakfast was delicious and included complimentary fresh juices and pastries. Located in a bustling area with easy access to shops and dining options. the rooftop pool was a great way to relax and the staff were always friendly and helpful.

Some areas of the hotel could have been cleaner, especially the bathrooms. the elevators were slow and sometimes malfunctioned, causing long waits.
