The location was awesome, right in the heart of the city, making it ideal for exploring the area on foot. The suite was sparkling clean and very comfortable, complete with all the toiletries you’d need. , the bed was huge and cozy! Another thing we loved was the unlimited supply of clean and cold water- so refreshing. The suite was equipped with Netflix, which was a bonus.

One minor negative was the shower. It was poorly designed, and it was hard not to splash water everywhere.

The location of Jia By Homesuite near Imago Mall was absolutely fantastic. There were so many shops and restaurants nearby, making it convenient for me to explore and find everything I needed. The presence of Cuckoo on each floor was a great bonus, providing me with hot and cold filtered water whenever I needed it. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy sofa and even Netflix available for entertainment. I also felt very safe in this area, which added to my overall positive experience.

While the Netflix "facilities" had some connectivity issues due to many users sharing the same account, I reached out to the customer service for assistance. Unfortunately, their response was not helpful and they had a bad attitude.
