Had a great Christmas at this cozy hotel. Loved the complementary pillows and bed - so comfortable! the location was perfect, surrounded by coffee shops for a great breakfast and lots of food. the cinema next door was a real bonus for entertainment.

A few things could be improved. the toiletries were too small and jelly-like, and the WiFi was poor, with expired passwords that needed constant resetting at reception.

The location of the hotel is great, with plenty of food options nearby. The room I stayed in was clean and bright, with a comfortable bed. The study table was a bonus for me as I needed to do some work during my stay. Additionally, having a cinema next door was a great convenience. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in a charming old town area, with breathtaking mountain views from the rooms. There are plenty of food choices nearby and even a lake and temple within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, with nice functioning curtains. The beds are exceptionally comfortable with plush pillows. The hot showers have good water pressure. The reception staff is helpful and friendly.
