I gotta say, I definitely got my money's worth at this hotel. The room was not only spacious but also stunningly beautiful. The staff treated us like royalty, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect for us, with breathtaking views and plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities.

The breakfast option could have been improved with more variety.

The room was modern and had fantastic design, creating a cozy atmosphere. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the bed was very cozy and kept us warm. The highlight was the stunning view of Mount Kinabalu from our room, making our stay even more memorable. The staff provided excellent service, and special mention goes to Anna for the delightful and easy check-in/out process. The welcome drink was refreshing.

Felt very special, no complaints at all.
