The hotel had a beautiful layout with lush greenery and water features. The room was spacious and had separate cubicles for the toilet and shower. The toiletries provided had a relaxing serai scent, reminiscent of a spa. The flexibility of having both AC and fan in the room was great for controlling the temperature.

The check-in process was quick despite the crowded lobby. The pool was large and had a separate area for kids. The ground level room had a great view of the pool. The breakfast had a wide variety of food options. There was ample free parking available.

The hotel offers great value for money with a lovely pool area that's perfect for families. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with good air conditioning and fans to keep you cool. The staff is friendly and always willing to help, making the check-in and check-out process a breeze. And the breakfast was delicious, with a decent selection to choose from.

We were delighted to discover that the hotel had a karaoke lounge and a casino, perfect for people like us who enjoy singing and trying our luck! The karaoke lounge had a great selection of songs and the sound system was top-notch. The casino provided an exciting and fun atmosphere to test our luck and enjoy some entertainment.

We felt completely relaxed throughout our stay and had absolutely no reason to complain. The hotel provided a wonderful experience and we highly recommend it.

The view from the room was fantastic, with beautiful ponds and scenery. the complementary breakfast was really impressive, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. the location was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions, with easy access to public transportation and restaurants.

The room we were assigned had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. We requested a change and were given a different room, but it still had a faint smell.

The ambiance at Espira Kinrara was absolutely lovely. We were impressed with the beautiful surroundings and it really added to the overall experience of our stay. Additionally, the breakfast selection was fantastic, especially the hot danish and croissant - a real treat!

While everything else was great, we did encounter a few issues. The pillows were too soft for our liking and an extra pillow was not provided despite our request.

The receptionist provides immediate responses, even during late hours, showing excellent hospitality.

Some of the staff members are unfriendly and lack courtesy. They didn't assist with luggage and seemed stressed.
