The database at the hotel was exceptional. the modern and well, thought, out designs of the rooms, especially the bathrooms, were impressive. I also loved the fact that my room faced the beautiful sea view, making my stay even more enjoyable. Despite arriving after the 3:30pm check, in time, my room was ready and waiting for me, which was a nice touch.

this was a very small issue and did not detract from the overall positive experience I had at the hotel.

the staff was helpful and the sunset view from the pool was a highlight of our trip. One improvement could be to ensure better room cleanliness for a more pleasant experience.

The staff at the pool are friendly and helpful, especially when I slipped and injured myself. They quickly assisted me and expressed their concern about the need for safer stairs. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

During my Easter trip, I had a nice experience in a hotel that offered great complementary activities, such as a spa and a pool, both very enjoyable. the hotel also had a great location, a short distance from major shopping centers and with a stunning view of Mount Kinabalu. the rooms were very spacious and clean, giving a comfortable feeling.

Despite the good location and complementary services on offer, I found the quality of service somewhat lacking. There were issues with the housekeeping, as my room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced, even after notifying reception.

The exclusive amenities and luxurious environment of this hotel exceeded my expectations. the staff was accommodating and attentive to my every need. the infinity pool and sun terrace with comfortable loungers provided a relaxing atmosphere. the beach umbrellas and pool with a view are perfect for pictures.

The only minor issue I had was with the air conditioning; it was too cold for my liking and challenging to adjust.

Had a great time during my xmas stay! The bed was comfy and the pillow had a musky smell that I loved. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, which was the best part of my stay. The hotel's location was also convenient, with a mall within walking distance and easy access to other places with Grabcar.

There were some negative aspects to my experience. First, I was annoyed that I had to change the key card four times during my four-night stay.

It was a wonderful stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, the pool was great, and the location was excellent. The sunsets from the rooftop bar and pool were breathtaking.

The hotel's location was fantastic, as it was close to the airport and provided easy access to various amenities. We were thrilled to find a food court nearby, as well as the fish market which offered delicious seafood dinners. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently situated right at the waterfront, allowing us to enjoy stunning views.

The check-in process was quite slow and we had to wait for around half an hour before getting our room.
