Good value for money, ideal for families. Older, but well-maintained. Efficient room service and housekeeping. Helpful concierge. Comfortable beds and pleasant staff. Paid fine for parking without ticket. Delicious food. Great location near Kuching Food Festival. Excellent room rate with breakfast for two. Already booked for another stay. Cleanliness could be improved. Reception staff could be more experienced.

The hotel provided excellent value for money with spacious rooms and great amenities. The breakfast spread was great and the staff was accommodating, making the check-in process a breeze. The hotel location was very convenient and central, with easy access to all the main attractions in the area.

The hotel could use some renovations as the decor is a bit dated. Additionally, the carpets in the hallways and common areas could use a deep cleaning. The temperature control in the bathroom was a bit difficult to regulate, and the shower water was unreliable at times. However, despite these minor issues, my overall experience at the hotel was pleasant and I would recommend it for anyone on a budget or a business trip.
