As a tourist, I loved the strategic location of the hotel, which was connected to the IOI City Putrajaya mall. The lounge access provided a variety of food options, and the staff's hospitality towards my parents was remarkable. The room was clean and spacious, equipped with amenities such as a mini bar, iron, and hairdryer. The bath tub with a city view was outstanding, and the pool facilities were great. Additionally, the buffet spread was awesome, and the staff were attentive and polite. The fast and hassle-free check-in process was a bonus.

The outdoor swimming pool with sun terrace and sun loungers was a great place to relax. The bar/lounge area was also impressive with a wide range of drinks and food options.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the location, which was a bit far from the city center. However, the hotel provided shuttle services for easy transportation.

It was such a wonderful stay during Christmas! The staff were friendly and attentive. They even gave me balloons and a nice breakfast. Plus, the location was very convenient, with a mall nearby. The room was spacious, clean, and well-furnished. The bed was so comfortable that I never wanted to wake up.

The cleanliness of the room was a bit disappointing, with stains on the bedsheet and yellowish stains in the shower area. , on a couple of nights, housekeeping didn't provide new towels and other items, which was inconvenient.
