As a tourist, I loved the strategic location of the hotel, which was connected to the IOI City Putrajaya mall. The lounge access provided a variety of food options, and the staff's hospitality towards my parents was remarkable. The room was clean and spacious, equipped with amenities such as a mini bar, iron, and hairdryer. The bath tub with a city view was outstanding, and the pool facilities were great. Additionally, the buffet spread was awesome, and the staff were attentive and polite. The fast and hassle-free check-in process was a bonus.

This hotel had exceptional luxurious amenities and fulfilled all our exclusive needs. the service was outstanding, with courteous and welcoming staff. the outdoor swimming pool with sun terrace and sun loungers was a great place to relax. the room was well-appointed with exclusive advantages, including a private halal breakfast and in-room restaurant service.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the location, which was a bit far from the city center. the hotel provided shuttle services for easy transportation.

It was such a wonderful stay during Christmas! the staff were friendly and attentive. They even gave me balloons and a nice breakfast. Plus, the location was very convenient, with a mall nearby. the room was spacious, clean, and well-furnished. the bed was so comfortable that I never wanted to wake up.

The cleanliness of the room was a bit disappointing, with stains on the bedsheet and yellowish stains in the shower area. on a couple of nights, housekeeping didn't provide new towels and other items, which was inconvenient.
