Spacious rooms with excellent air conditioning and large windows. Friendly and helpful staff made for smooth check-in and check-out. Convenient location with nearby restaurants and a grocery store. Impressive room amenities including a large bed, sofas, and smart TV.

Our stay at Lot 33 was exceptional. We were warmly greeted by the staff and the family room exceeded our expectations. The long balcony provided a charming view, and the spacious beds allowed for both comfort and bonding time. The highlight was definitely the jacuzzi in the room, which provided complete relaxation. The strategic location, just a short drive from Cenang beach, added to the convenience. I highly recommend Lot 33 Boutique Hotel.

The hotel offered a good breakfast with plenty of options to choose from. the room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. The location was also convenient, with plenty of restaurants around to enjoy.

The hotel lacked some basic amenities such as slippers and a wide selection of toiletries in the room. the staff was not always easy to find.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations in many ways. the attention to detail in the rooms was superb. The mirror and bathtub with a jacuzzi in the super huge bathroom were a delightful surprise. Additionally, the two large bedrooms perfectly accommodated our big family. It felt like a home away from home!

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with good air conditioning and daily housekeeping. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the pool is a hit with both adults and kids. Additionally, the hotel is located next to an amazing Korean restaurant, offering guests a variety of dining options.

Some minor maintenance issues were noted, such as chipped tiles and rust stains around the pool.

The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to help us, especially Ms. Z******. The hotel's decor was exquisite and exactly as shown in the photos. They even provided us with videos of the suite we booked, ensuring we knew what to expect. a great experience!
