Great hotel with a unique design and all the necessary amenities. The staff is amazing, providing great service with attention to detail. Also, the hotel is just beside Aeon mall, perfect for last-minute shopping.

Nice complementaries, great location. My partner and I decided to have a romantic escape in this hotel and we must say that we enjoyed the free chocolates and wine offered. the location is also perfect as it is near to the mall and accessible to public transportation. Another thing that we liked is the comfortable bed, making our stay a relaxing one.

Room not properly cleaned and poor soundproofing. the soundproofing of the room was also poor that we could hear people walking and talking outside our room.

The receptionist who welcomed me was incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The room was clean and comfortable, with a comfy bed and a clean washroom. I also appreciated the excellent service from the Japanese cuisine at the lobby. The location of the hotel was perfect for me, as it was just a short drive away from the KTM station and near Cameron as well. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at M Boutique Hotel Station 18.

The bathroom is fabulous, with subway tiles and a spacious shower area. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The hotel lacks clear record-keeping, as evidenced by the front desk not having any knowledge of a disturbance that occurred during the night.
