There were a couple of minor drawbacks during my stay. I noticed that the hair dryer in my room kept overheating and shutting off, causing a delay in drying my hair.

The hotel is conveniently located near the waterfront, allowing for leisurely evening walks by the river. It is also situated in the center of town, making it easy to access all the nearby shops and attractions. Additionally, its close proximity to the airport was a major convenience for us, especially as business travelers.

The Wi-Fi connection in the hotel was a bit intermittent, often dropping a couple of times a day.

The hotel had two very complementary things, the Christmas decorations and the welcoming hot chocolate. , its location was really convenient, just a few minutes away from the main attractions. the staff was attentive and really helpful.

The room air-conditioning was locked at a specific temperature, which made it uncomfortable when the room got too hot. the Wi-Fi connection was not reliable and kept cutting out during our stay.

As young families, we loved the spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds and good air conditioning at this hotel. The staff were amazing, always helpful and pleasant with happy smiles. The tour desk helped us arrange excellent tours with knowledgeable guides. A great value hotel with friendly staff.
