Great stopover for travelers. the hotel is conveniently located near the expressway. the breakfast spread was amazing. Freshly made Ipoh white coffee and soy milk were the highlights of the meal. the staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is a bit worn out with some minor maintenance issues, such as cracked counter tops and iron imprint on the carpet. the wardrobe provided was small in size and not adequate for keeping all our clothes.

The hotel has a constant lavender scent, making it feel extra clean. The doorman quickly responded and arranged for an iron and ironing board. Breakfast was served in room with safety precautions. Enjoyed a nice view of the surrounding hills from the 20th floor.

The shower water pressure was great, and the air conditioning provided a cool and comfortable stay. We also liked that the parking was connected to our hotel room, making it convenient for us. The check-in and check-out process was fast and efficient.

We felt safe and secure during our stay, and have no complaints.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. I was able to easily explore all the major attractions without any hassle. The service provided by the staff was top-notch. They were always friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room amenities were truly luxurious, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. From the ironing facilities to the air conditioning and tea/coffee facilities, they didn't miss a single detail. I even had a mini-bar, a sitting area, and a dressing area in my room. The in-room safe was a great addition for my peace of mind. The free toiletries and hairdryer were a nice touch as well. I also enjoyed the entertainment options, such as the television, AM/FM alarm clock, and CD player. The room itself was clean and cozy, with a choice of carpeted or parquet floors. The dining options were excellent, with a restaurant and a bar/lounge area to choose from. the staff and the amenities provided here made my stay truly memorable.
