We had an amazing experience at Micasa All Suites. From the moment we checked in, the staff went above and beyond to make my husband's birthday special. Ms. Nelly from Reception called me to confirm the details of my request, and to our surprise, Mr Sha from housekeeping had drawn a cool birthday cartoon on the mirror. the separate bathrooms and full-size kitchen in our luxurious suite were a great convenience. the staff were always polite and efficient, and we enjoyed complimentary breakfast at Tapas Bistro & Bar every morning, where the service was excellent.

Christmas at this hotel was fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, within walking distance of major attractions and close to public transportation. The best part was the delicious Christmas feast they served, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from.

The smell of cigarette smoke in the air conditioning system, even though we were on a non-smoking floor. It was quite unpleasant.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a well-stocked kitchenette and a rain shower in the bathroom. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing fast and easy check-in. The breakfast offers a variety of options and the gym and swimming pool facilities are well-maintained.

Complimentary drinks and snacks were regularly replenished, and the pool amenities were enjoyable on hot afternoons. the neighboring food establishments had diverse cuisine options that catered to many taste preferences. the hotel's central location made it convenient to access nearby attractions and shopping centers.

The hotel's amenities were not up to par with the cost of the stay. the Wi-Fi frequently disconnected, and the gym machines had limited functionality which made the workout experience challenging.

Micasa All Suites provided a calm and relaxing experience, away from the bustling noise outside. the staff were polite, courteous, and attentive to our needs. the rooms were spacious, clean, and one of the most comfortable we've stayed in. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast that catered to our taste buds. Another plus was the free parking with no time limit to exit the building after validating our ticket. it felt like a 5-star experience with stunning views and friendly staff.
