I absolutely loved staying at this place! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and polite from the moment I arrived until the day I left. They really went out of their way to satisfy all of my requests, making me feel like a valued customer. The location of this hotel in the city centre was perfect, with a convenience store right across the street. It made it so easy to grab any essentials I needed during my stay. The room itself was spacious and modern, with a sleek and stylish design. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. I also appreciated the amenities provided, such as the ironing facilities, air conditioning, and flat-screen TV. this place provided a luxurious and comfortable experience.

This place does not have an elevator, so be prepared to climb stairs. However, I still highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The room size at Modern Hotel Georgetown was very spacious and comfortable. We opted for a room with a balcony and bathtub, and it was definitely worth the extra cost. The balcony was a great addition, allowing us to enjoy coffee and relax outside. The rooftop jacuzzi, although closed during our visit, looked like a fantastic amenity. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to street food, art, and the jetty. The building itself was interesting and had a mix of modern and old-school architecture, making it a sight to behold. Despite some minor cleanliness issues, the hotel had well-equipped amenities that made our stay convenient.

Smooth check-in process, early check-in available. Bathtub on balcony with bath bomb and salt. Room has mini bar and coffee machine. Clean and comfortable. Paid parking lot next to hotel.

The hotel’s location is fantastic as it is within walking distance to main attractions in Georgetown such as Penang Road and Chulia Street. The room was clean and neat, and the bed was comfortable. Additionally, the hotel had a concept that combined minimalism with a classic touch, which added to its unique charm.

The bathroom lacked coat hooks for hanging clothes or towels.

The bathtub and the cleanliness of the room were great. the pool also looked nice although I didn't have time to try it. the hotel was located in a very convenient area close to food courts and markets.

I also didn't appreciate that there was no cream or sugar provided for the coffee.
