We loved the quiet surroundings of this hotel. It was really close to all the popular tourist spots and shopping centers, so it was really easy to get around on foot. The hotel staff really made our stay enjoyable; from the 24-hour reception and room service to the indoor swimming pool and sitting area, everything was perfect. Our room was soundproofed, which meant we slept really well every night. The facilities like the television, electric kettle and mini-bar were great too and the daily housekeeping with fresh toiletries was really appreciated.

We would definitely recommend this place to our friends. It was just perfect for us!

The hotel was located in a quiet neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the town center, yet still conveniently close to a shopping mall. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable, with excellent facilities such as a swimming pool, steam room, and sauna. The friendly staff provided good service and the breakfast options were tasty. The high-security glass door access added a sense of comfort.

The view from the window was noisy during daytime due to being facing a backstreet.

I enjoyed my city break, particularly the complimentary breakfast and parking coupon provided by the hotel staff. the hotel's location was great, just a stone's throw away from many restaurants and popular tourist attractions. the big bathtub in my room was a highlight, perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day of exploring.

My experience wasn't all positive. the view from my hotel room was dull, mostly shops and lackluster scenery.

The rooms were big, clean and modern, with a unique touch of a glass wall between the bathroom and bedroom. The staff here were incredibly kind and polite, going above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and satisfied with my stay. I especially appreciated their extra effort in calling to check if everything was good. The location of this hotel is also perfect, just a short walk away from a variety of halal food options and shopping malls. Plus, it's only a few minutes away from the famous Jonker street. I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

The spacious bedrooms with high-quality bed linens ensured a comfortable and restful sleep. The air conditioning units were super effective, keeping us cool throughout our stay. The reception area, restaurants, and bar were also tastefully decorated. The staff at the reception were humble, kind, and polite, providing us with a warm welcome and checking in on our stay via WhatsApp. The hotel is strategically located near attractive places and offers easy access to great food. our experience was worth it and enjoyable, and we will definitely come back to try their food and swimming pool.
