The hotel is conveniently located near train stations, making it easy to explore the city and travel straight to the airport without any hassle. Additionally, there are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance, making it convenient to find everything you need during your stay. The staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service.

While the hotel offers a comfortable and pleasant stay, the breakfast could be improved to cater to a wider range of tastes and preferences.

The value for money at this hotel is unbeatable. For a very affordable price, we got a spacious room with all the facilities we needed. The cleanliness was outstanding, and the cleaners did a fantastic job. Plus, having a window in the room was a big bonus, as it allowed us to enjoy the city view, including the impressive KL Tower.

All was good; nothing needs improvement.

The hotel is cozy, clean, and nicely located in the center of Jalan TAR. The spacious rooms are comfortable, well-equipped, and offer great amenities. The hotel staff downstairs at the parking space are helpful and the security measures are impressive. The surrounding area is undergoing a massive facelift, making it even more attractive.

The size of the room was fantastic, and the windows provided a great view. the location was perfect as it was close to Independence Square and a shopping mall with a supermarket. we were pleasantly surprised with the two complementary gifts in the room.

One major issue was the noise coming from the roof. Even though the staff knew about it, they still placed us on a high floor.
