I had a fantastic stay at the Royal Mulu Resort! The luxury standard was amazing, and the spacious rooms were so comfortable. The setting, surrounded by the living rainforest, was like a dream. The breakfasts were delicious, with a great variety of choices, and the food in the restaurants was also very good. The resort is the perfect place to stay when visiting Mulu National Park with kids.

The staff were helpful, polite, and courteous, providing superb service. The swimming pool, although there were some issues with splinters, was a nice addition to relax and enjoy the Borneo heat.

The spacious rooms are beautifully appointed, with comfy beds, modern bathrooms, and stunning views of the surrounding greenery. The staff at the resort are attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with any request. The breakfast buffet offers a delicious spread of both local and international cuisines. Guests can also enjoy the resort's pool, perfect for a refreshing dip after a day of exploring the nearby national park.

There are limited dining options within the resort, and the prices can be a bit high.

Excellent service and helpful staff at reception. Delicious food at the restaurant. Efficient transfers to national park. Comfortable beds and relaxing pool area. Impressive rainforest location.

The hotel's location was absolutely stunning. the surrounding rainforest provided a delightful natural soundtrack to every moment. the shuttle service was convenient and reliable, getting us to and from the airport and national park easily. We also enjoyed the yoga sessions, which were informative and entertaining.

The wi-fi at the hotel was extremely slow, making it difficult to stay connected and communicate with the outside world. This was a bit of a letdown as we were hoping to stay connected during our New Year stay.

We recently stayed at this hotel for a luxurious and memorable experience. the staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout our stay. the Spa & wellness centre had exclusive amenities that met all our needs, with treatments such as full body massages and beauty treatments. the outdoor swimming pool was a luxury amenity and provided a relaxing atmosphere to unwind after a busy day exploring the nearby national park. We were impressed with the restaurant's variety of menus, including special diet options, and private dining facilities.

The only minor issue we experienced was limited wifi, which was only available at the hotel lobby.
