The executive suite they upgraded us to was massive, and the dinner we had was great. The staff was so accommodating, packing us breakfast to take with us for our early flight. The swimming pool looked quite big, although unfortunately we didn't get a chance to use it. The location near the airport was very convenient, and there were also nearby amenities such as a bank, clinic, 24-hour convenience store, and a restaurant in front of the swimming pool entrance.

No negatives from this place.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at Pan Borneo Hotel. The amenities were top-notch and the staff provided exceptional service. I particularly loved the warm welcome I received upon entering the hotel. The value for money was unbeatable, especially considering the buffet breakfast, pool, and gym included in the package. Despite a few minor issues with cleanliness, the overall experience was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel to others. I am glad I chose to stay at Pan Borneo Hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect - away from the noise of the flight path and surrounded by plenty of shopping options. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The room was spotlessly clean and well-appointed, with a large comfortable bed and a separate lounge room for relaxation. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a bath in the spacious bathroom. The hotel also offered great amenities such as a swimming pool and a fitness center, which we unfortunately didn't have time to try out. we highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
