The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping centre, making it easy to access a variety of shops and restaurants. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff is friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a wide range of choices and the view from the rooftop pool was stunning.

The traffic around the hotel can get pretty bad, causing delays and frustration. the breakfast buffet was a bit overpriced and not worth it, as there are plenty of cheaper options nearby.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel with a pool offering an amazing bird's eye view of the city. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a nice view of the city. Plus, the infinity pool on the rooftop was absolutely stunning with breathtaking views.

While the reception was not on the ground level, the staff was helpful in directing us to the 2nd floor. The signage leading to the hotel could be improved, as it was not well-marked.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities and exceptional service. the rooftop pool and sun terrace offered stunning views, while the spa lounge allowed for ultimate relaxation. the private facilities in the room were an indulgent touch, and the packed lunches were perfect for on, the, go travelers like myself.

The only minor issue I encountered was the location being slightly out of the way from central Kuala Lumpur. the mall downstairs provided plenty of food and shopping options to pass the time.

The breakfast had a nice variety, including delicious Indian food. The hotel amenities were top-notch, with a clean room, amazing view, and spacious pool. The staff were attentive and even decorated the room for a birthday surprise.
