I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel in Bintulu and I was definitely impressed. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the market place and near the Promenade. It was so convenient to have everything I needed right at my doorstep. The hotel itself was top-notch, with exceptional service from the staff. They were professional and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests. The room was spacious and well-appointed with all the amenities I could ask for. From the ironing facilities to the in-room safe, they had thought of everything to ensure a comfortable stay.

I highly recommend this hotel to all travelers.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is right in the market place and next to a shopping mall. This makes it easy to find a place to have a meal or do some grocery shopping. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a king-sized bed and pillows that provided a good night's sleep. The bathroom had a rain-shower, adding a luxurious touch to the experience. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay.

That the hotel's WiFi connection was not reliable, with poor reception in certain parts of the room.

Convenient location next to a large shopping mall, great for picking up essentials and grabbing a meal. the room was clean and comfortable, with a comfy bed and rain shower. Appreciated the free wifi, although the reception was weaker in some parts of the room.

The gym was small and could be better equipped. the air conditioning was initially problematic and took a few calls for maintenance to fix.
