The value for money at this hotel was fantastic, with a super comfortable room and a great location near public transport options and street food. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always going the extra mile to assist with any requests.

The food for breakfast could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

The hotel's location is great as it is near everything on walking distance. We had no trouble in finding clinics as the staff was quick to get us the location of good clinics nearby. Moreover, the hotel is close to a food court and night market, making it easy to find food and shop. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, and the staff's service was friendly and courteous. The breakfast provided was excellent with a varied menu.

Some guests had experienced poor housekeeping as the rooms were not cleaned daily and sometimes, face towels were not replaced.

Everything was spot on.

Over the Christmas holiday, I had an enjoyable stay at a hotel in a prime location with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. the hotel provided complimentary breakfast and a welcoming ambiance in the lobby. the staff was friendly and attentive, making sure to address any concerns and needs we may have had.

The cramped street outside the hotel which was busy in the evenings with street food and unpleasant smells. the other negative aspect was the security check at the door which felt intrusive.

Conveniently located near public transportation, shopping centers, and an array of local dining options. Rooms are in good condition and provide a balcony with a lovely view. Breakfast is satisfactory and includes free water in the room.

The ambience is great. Receptionists are fantastic. Superb breakfast with many choices. Comfortable beds and hot water. Excellent location near metro. Helpful and friendly staff. Security is kind and attentive. Professional and efficient housekeeping.

Nothing not to love.

This place has a great location, right in the city center and just a few minutes' walk to food markets. The service provided by the staff, including room service and housekeeping, is exceptional. The room amenities, such as heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities, are top-notch.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Stayed at Travelodge for 5 nights during my trip to Bukit Bintang. The hotel's location is fantastic, right by the night market. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed. The breakfast had a basic selection, but they had "real orange juice" which was a nice touch. The hotel has a great ambience and the receptionists were friendly. I recommend taking advantage of their early take-out option if you have an early flight. a clean, comfortable and reasonably priced hotel.

I recently stayed at Travelodge in Bukit Bintang for a few nights and it was a fantastic experience. The location is perfect for exploring the city and it's just a short walk to the metro. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the two youngsters at reception. The beds were super comfortable and the hot water in the bathroom was always available. I also loved the convenience of having free water in the room. The hotel's proximity to the Jalan Alor food street was a definite bonus for a food lover like me. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again in the future.

As foreign tourists, we loved the excellent location near fantastic seafood restaurants, hawker stalls, and the convenience of being within walking distance of the monorail and Bukit Bintang shopping. The comfortable beds, crisp bed linen, and soft mattresses made us feel like we were sleeping on a cloud. Plus, the value for money was exceptional.

The location of the hotel is excellent, within walking distance of shopping malls and close to a bus terminal with star shuttle to the airport. There are also many good eating places nearby. The rooms are nice, with new furniture that gives off a fresh scent. The staff are friendly and provide good service. Some amenities in the room include free wifi with good speed, CCTV for security, and housekeeping that cleans the room regularly.

The bathroom in the hotel is not in a good state, with old showers, broken shower-head holders, dirty tiles and curtains, and a poor toilet flush.

My recent stay at Travelodge in the popular Bukit Bintang district was a great experience. the hotel is in a perfect location, within walking distance to Pavilion Mall, numerous food joints, and pubs. I loved that there was a Food Market set up right outside the hotel every night. the staff, from reception to breakfast to door security, were all friendly and accommodating. the rooms were perfect and cozy, and it was a pleasant surprise to find three single beds available for my family. the hotel provided a safe and pleasant stay.
