I really got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was comfortable, with excellent noise-blocking and fantastic water pressure. The location was ideal, within walking distance of Pavillion Mall and KLCC. The staff were friendly and provided prompt service.

The one thing that could have made the breakfast better was if they provided butter and jam with the toast.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room, while small, was well appointed and impeccably clean. The comfortable bed ensured a great night's sleep. The location couldn't be better - right across from the Pavilion and a short walk via the air-conditioned overpass to KLCC. The hotel also has ample parking, although the layout can be a bit confusing in some areas. Being able to easily walk around the Bukit Bintang Triangle area for shopping was a big plus.

The location was great for shopping and had plenty of nearby cafes and restaurants. The breakfast spread was excellent and the staff accommodated our requests for makeup room and late check out. The hotel even went above and beyond by sending our lost phone to the lost and found items. We really appreciated their kindness and enjoyed our stay.

This hotel's location was fantastic! It was brilliantly situated right next to a large mall with plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants to explore and only a short walk away from at least three other big shopping centers in the heart of the city. The room was clean and cozy, with all the usual amenities available inside, making the stay comfortable. The service was top-class, with staff courteous and welcoming. The breakfast spread was satisfying with plenty of variety to choose from.

The cleanliness of the room was mediocre, and the cleaning staff missed a few spots.

They provided great customer service from check-in to check-out, making our stay even more enjoyable. The leisure swimming pool was a great place to relax, and the outdoor facilities were top-notch. We also loved the room amenities, including the wi-fi and flat-screen TV.

The hotel is conveniently located near several malls, including Pavilion and Bukit Bintang, which are within walking distance. It is also close to public transportation, with easy access to the Bintang MRT station. there is an air-conditioned pedestrian bridge connecting the hotel to the KL Convention Center, making it convenient to move around without having to deal with the heat or traffic.

The housekeeping could be improved, as some guests complained about the cleanliness of the bathrooms and intermittent towel supply.

We had a fantastic city break in a hotel that had some great complimentary services. the location was perfect, close to popular attractions and with easy access to good restaurants. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a huge bed and a huge TV with the ability to cast your own shows. Breakfast was very good, and the staff was very helpful.

Some aspects of the hotel did not live up to our expectations. the air conditioning system wasn't working well, we were a bit too warm in the restaurant and the shower wasn't very powerful.

Our room was spotless and comfortable. The breakfast selection was great and had something for everyone. The location was perfect, just a short walk to major shopping centers and restaurants. we had a great stay at Novotel.
