The value for money at Novotel was excellent, with a comfortable room that easily fit my family. The location was great, within walking distance of many eateries and attractions. The staff treated us wonderfully throughout our stay.

The room was spacious and nicely fitted out with amenities like a mini sofa and a comfy chair. The TV was 40 inches with sufficient channels. The shower was strong and everything was very clean. The mattress and pillows provided were comfy. The hotel had good security measures and ample parking. The staff were friendly and polite. The breakfast had plenty of choices and the coffee machine was a highlight. The location was central and within walking distance to many eating places and attractions.

The swimming pool was a great place to relax and unwind with its stunning view. Plus, the free wifi was so handy that I could stay connected with my loved ones at all times.

I had a great time at Novotel in Taiping. The location was perfect, close to the mall and food court. The view of the lake and mountain from my room was breathtaking. Despite some minor issues with the buffet and room card policy, the staff were friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is in a great location, right in the centre of the town and in front of a food court. The staff are friendly and provide great service throughout your stay. Another thing that impressed me was the basic amenities provided in the rooms, including an iron and hairdryer. Additionally, the facilities of the hotel were top notch, making my stay a very comfortable one.

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to a variety of eateries and restaurants that suit all tastes. the hotel staff provided a friendly and courteous service, from the receptionist to the housekeeping staff who maintained the premises well. the pool was also a great facility, with separate pools for adults and children.

Parking for hotel guests was problematic as it was located on a high level of the shopping complex podium and required a lengthy walk. the television reception in the room was poor, with lots of static.
