The hotel offered a quick transfer from the airport, which was very convenient. The location of the hotel was also great, slightly away from the hustle and bustle, but still easily accessible to the main attractions. And one of the advantages I enjoyed was the serene and calm environment of the hotel, perfect for a peaceful vacation.

The room had a strong damp odor, which was very off-putting. The cleanliness of the room was also an issue, with mold and dirt in various areas.

The villa style property, friendly staff, spacious room with a great balcony, variety of food at breakfast, clean and calm environment.

During my stay at Langkawi Lagoon By Ombak Villa, I was amazed by the unique wooden chalets on stilts. The secludedness of the villa made the surroundings peaceful, allowing me to relax and enjoy my vacation. The room was very spacious, especially for the three of us, and the balcony offered a stunning view of the sea. The staff at the hotel were extremely polite and accommodating, going above and beyond to meet our requests. I also appreciated the fact that the staff took the initiative to ask if we had forgotten any belongings during the check-out inspection. I had a wonderful experience at Langkawi Lagoon By Ombak Villa and would definitely recommend it to others.

They offered us two complementary drinks upon arrival and a free shuttle service to the nearest town which is great! the hotel is located within a short drive away from popular tourist attractions, which made it easy for us to explore. the beach had beautiful scenery which made for a perfect photo opportunity.

The service left a lot to be desired. We had to constantly ask for things multiple times as the staff seemed to forget our requests.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Langkawi that was located right in front of a beautiful beach. The hotel was also conveniently located near a lagoon and the airport, making it a wise choice for families with children. The room was comfortable and clean, with a great view of the surroundings. The staff provided excellent service, ensuring that all our needs were met. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a variety of options to choose from.

I did notice that some staff members lacked friendliness, particularly at the front desk. They could have been more welcoming and informative.

We couldn't ask for a better place to stay during our visit. The location is near the airport, just a 7-minute drive away. This hotel provided services and facilities like room service, car hire, bell staff/porter, housekeeping, laundry, and more. There were plenty of amenities inside the room such as a mini-bar, balcony, kitchenette, television, free toiletries, and more. The staff was cordial and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed, and the hotel also had leisure facilities like a swimming pool and fitness center.

We highly recommend this place to our family and friends as it was the perfect choice for our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Lagoon By Ombak Villa. the rooms were excellent, with a spacious King Size bed and a large en suite bathroom with a bathtub. We loved the balcony and the beautiful sea view from our room. the room was well-maintained and spotlessly clean. the housekeeping staff was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. the location was perfect for us, as it was away from the busy Pantai Cenang area but still easily accessible. It was also conveniently located just 5 minutes from the airport. the staff at the hotel were attentive and made us feel welcome. it was a tranquil and enjoyable experience.
