We had a great experience at 1 Orange Hotel Klia & Klia2. the staff was incredibly welcoming and kind, making us feel right at home. They were also very helpful, going out of their way to accommodate our request for separate beds. They even upgraded us to two separate rooms for the price of one to make up for their initial mistake. the rooms were clean and spacious, providing us with a comfortable place to rest between flights. the hotel's shuttle service was convenient and always on time. the location was surrounded by plenty of good food options and a small shopping center, making it convenient for dining and grabbing essentials.

I had a great stay at 1 Orange Hotel. the room with two beds, one double and one single, was a pleasant surprise. When the power went out during a storm, the receptionist quickly arranged for us to move to a new room, which was wonderful. the hotel is also conveniently located near the airport, making it easy to grab a taxi or use ride-sharing services like Grab or Uber. the rooms were clean, tidy, and modern, and there are plenty of shops, restaurants. a great place to stay if you want to be close to the airport.

I had a decent stay during my Christmas holiday. the hotel's key location near the airport was convenient for a short transit. It only took around 10 minutes to reach the airport, which was a big plus. the staff were friendly, making the check-in and check-out process quick and easy. the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The facilities in the room were not well-maintained, with several broken items and dirty marks on the walls. the cleanliness of the common areas left much to be desired.
