I had an exquisite stay at Pacific Regency Beach Resort. The room was spotless and exceeded my expectations. The breakfast may have been mediocre, but the free breakfast vouchers made up for it. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with a huge pool and easy access to the beach. The staff at the front entrance were extremely friendly and polite, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The beachfront location of this hotel is fantastic, with direct access to a beautiful beach. Guests can enjoy the waves and the absence of rocks. Additionally, there are several dining options nearby, including the popular Chinese-Muslim seafood restaurant called Restoran Pantai Ria. The rooms are spacious and provide a comfortable stay.

The pool area was amazing, especially the children's pool which was spacious and great for families. there was a nice big pool with a stunning view of the sea. the staff were also very friendly and accommodating. To top it off, they offered complimentary snacks and drinks which was a nice touch.

the cleanliness could have been better as there was bird poop on the balcony which made it unusable. Finally, the food served for breakfast was cheap and tasted poor.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. the location is excellent as it is just steps away from the beach, allowing us to easily enjoy the beautiful seaside views. Secondly, the staff were friendly and provided good service throughout our stay. They were always attentive and ready to assist with any requests. Additionally, the rooms were clean and spacious, with newly renovated facilities and even a balcony to enjoy the fresh air. It was also great to have the option of having breakfast included in our stay, ensuring a hassle-free start to our day. Lastly, I found that the hotel offered good value for money, with reasonable prices for the amenities and services provided.
