My recent stay at Palm Hotel was a good experience. The facilities were generally good and the room was comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, there were plenty of eateries within a 1-kilometer radius, making it convenient to find meals nearby.

Although there were a few drawbacks, such as having to wait until 3 pm to check-in and the lack of an air conditioning remote, overall it was a pleasant stay. The hotel's location was also convenient, being close to Menglembu and only a short drive away from the town area of Ipoh.

The value for money at Palm Hotel was exceptional, with a beautifully decorated room, cozy bathroom, and comfortable, clean beds. The staff were kind, polite, and provided friendly vibes throughout my stay. The location was convenient, being just a stone's throw away from the new Aeon shopping mall.

I stayed at Palm Hotel for a day and it was a superb 4-star rated hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with soft pillows and beds. The overall facility was clean and I had no complaints. I loved how clean the room and toilet were, with no dust or itchiness on the bed. The pillowcases and towels were also stain-free and not smelly. The family room was big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids, and the beds were comfortable and clean. I was also happy to find that the TV had Astro channels like Wah Lai Toi and Fox movies. The washroom's ventilation fan worked well and could dry out the water inside. Each side of the beds had power points to charge phones. I am very satisfied with my stay and would love to come back again.
