I LOVED the relaxing rooftop pool with a stunning view of the city skyline. Perfect for unwinding after a day of shopping. I would definitely stay here again! the pool is even better in person than in the photos!

I had a fantastic stay. the location was ideal, with shopping malls within walking distance. the staff provided excellent service and even offered complimentary breakfast due to a slight room delay. the room was spacious and well-equipped, including a comfortable king-size bed and high-quality toiletries. the amenities such as the gym, pool, and lounge were top-notch.

I was impressed with the attentive service, modern and well-equipped suites, and convenient location near Bukit Bintang. the staff went above and beyond, and the amenities like the washing machine and full kitchen enhanced our stay. the nearby landmarks like KLCC Park and Berjaya Times Square Theme Park provided great bonding opportunities for my family. the relaxation facilities, including the rooftop pool, added to our enjoyment.

staying at Pan Pacific was a delightful experience. the spacious 2-bedroom apartment was beautifully designed and equipped with modern amenities like a microwave, oven, dishwasher, and a nespresso machine. the service was exceptional, and the location couldn't be better, just a short walk to popular shopping destinations like Lot 10 and Pavilion.

One minor hiccup was the view from our room, facing another building. Although not a deal, breaker, a nicer view would have been the cherry on top of an otherwise fantastic stay.
