I always return here for a relaxing getaway. the staff even helped me with printing once. the resort has all I need: Wi-Fi, parking, 24/7 services, bar, restaurant, massage. Perfect for a romantic escape with beach access.

the hotel at Parkroyal is super clean, and the resort is in a great spot close to the center and beach. we learned about a nearby beach restaurant and a fantastic spa - Susana Spa. the standout service was from Mr Hakeem and Mr Syol - who went above and beyond for us - even extending our checkout time.

The breakfast spread was awesome, and kudos to the chef and supervisor for their hard work. the hotel's pool and beach access were super relaxing, especially with the spacious balcony and fan. Only downside was a slight seaside scent on the bedsheets, but it wasn't a big deal and didn't bother us much. a fantastic stay - can't wait to come back for more fun in the sun! ☀️.

The breakfast buffet was good, with a wide selection. Access to the beach and the pool was convenient. The QR code for beach food and beverage orders was a nice touch for added convenience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the staff at Parkroyal were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my honeymoon trip was perfect. the food and drinks offered at the hotel were top-notch, and the location was ideal, just a short walk from Cenang mall. the beach was beautiful, and I appreciated the convenience of having umbrellas provided. the hotel facilities were well-maintained, and the 24-hour security added an extra sense of comfort. Special mention goes to Janice and her colleagues at Lacavva restaurant for their exceptional service.

New hotel, opened 2 months ago. Great amenities, beautiful pool with unique island dining tables. Spacious corridor with cool aircon. Perfect location with lots of nearby restaurants and shops. Sea view rooms available with buffet breakfast. Innovative smart watch room key. TV displays guest name. Great marketing strategy.

We recently stayed at a 5-star exclusive hotel on Langkawi Island and our experience was incredible. the luxurious amenities met and even exceeded our expectations. the spa and wellness centre had a highly skilled masseuse who did a full body massage, leaving us feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. the outdoor swimming pool was refreshing, and we enjoyed the beach access with various water sports activities.

While we had an exceptional experience, we faced one minor issue, and that was the absence of a rooftop pool at this hotel. with the beautiful garden area and BBQ facilities, we were still able to have an amazing time.

Always return for relax and work. Staff helped find way first stay. Place suits perfectly: Wi-Fi, parking, security, bar, dining, massages. Coming back for business.

The drinks at the pool bar were tasty and well-prepared. the beachfront location provided beautiful sunset views and easy access to both the pool and the restaurant. the staff were friendly and helpful when we needed something.

We had to wait over an hour for our room to be ready. the pillows in our room had an awful smell and needed to be replaced.
