Rooms were spacious and clean, with friendly staff offering excellent customer service. Parking was limited, but sufficient, and easy to register with reception. the hotel lifts were quick and efficient, making it convenient to move around the building.

The food quality at the hotel restaurant could be improved. Fish and chips were soggy, and the breakfast food had an ordinary taste.
