The serene and quiet surroundings made for a truly relaxing stay. Not to mention, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a luxurious experience. The amenities provided, such as the ironing facilities, air conditioning, and flat-screen TV, added to the overall comfort and convenience. Plus, the free Wi-Fi in rooms and shuttle service were a great added bonus.

We were pleasantly surprised by our spacious room at Ponderosa Golf & Country Resort. The in-room dining options were great, and the food tasted fantastic. The resort itself was peaceful and not crowded, providing a refreshing escape from city life. We especially enjoyed the ample space for our kids to play and move around.

The intercom system in the rooms is not functional, which can be inconvenient in case of emergencies or when additional information or services are required.

During my Easter stay at this hotel, I enjoyed the spacious rooms and the beautiful setting. the surrounding grounds were well-kept and provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. the food offered at the Chinese restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. the location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions.

The cleanliness in certain areas of the hotel left something to be desired. Some of the carpets in the facilities were in need of cleaning or replacement.
