The bedsheet had old stains and hairs, and the pillow in the bathroom was dirty. Staff provided excellent service, being very helpful and informative, even ordering food for us at night. I didn't have breakfast, but the restaurant is conveniently located near the hotel door. Rooms are spacious.

I had a great stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location is perfect, nestled in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The service provided was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff always ready to assist. The room amenities were excellent, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. I was impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the room, and the free toiletries provided were a nice touch. The hotel also had a dining restaurant with a delicious menu, offering a wide variety of options to satisfy any cravings. Additionally, the leisure facilities, such as the swimming pool, were well-maintained and perfect for relaxation. The free Wi-Fi and ample car park were also convenient perks.

The rooms were spacious and clean. the hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and public transportation. the room service provided good quality food for a reasonable price.

The breakfast experience was not great. It was served in a separate building across an open area, which could be inconvenient in bad weather.
