The hotel is conveniently located next to a new mall and provides a shuttle service. The room was clean with a luxurious bathroom and good water pressure. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a variety of food options and the swimming pool was huge. a satisfying stay.

The bellboy went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in for us. He even ran down to change the room when our original one was not ready yet. Impressive service. we enjoyed our stay at Marriott even with a few minor hiccups.

The location of the hotel was ideal, away from the crowded city but conveniently close to the IOI Mall for shopping and dining options. The spacious rooms were comfortable and clean, with luxuriously appointed bathrooms. The staff provided efficient service and the complimentary breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel offered a shuttle bus to the nearby IOI Mall, adding to the convenience of the stay.

There were some areas of the hotel that appeared dated and could do with some updating to freshen up the overall look and feel.

From the moment I stepped into this hotel, it felt like a luxurious haven. the room was impeccably clean, spacious, and filled with exclusive amenities. the spa and wellness center was divine, with a sauna, full body massage, and facial that left me feeling truly pampered. the outdoor swimming pool had a stunning view, and the garden area was the perfect place to relax and unwind. the buffet breakfast was delicious and the restaurant had an exceptional selection of special diet menus.

While everything about this hotel was exceptional, I did experience one minor issue. the services provided at the bar/lounge area, while satisfactory, were not up to the same impeccable standard as the rest of the hotel.

During our Xmas stay, we appreciated the complementary toiletries and chocolates that were given to us. the hotel's location was great, with plenty of nearby attractions for us to explore. One of the best aspects of our stay was the helpfulness of the bellman and the friendly staff at the counter section.

The hotel had seen better days and the rooms were showing signs of wear and tear. the furniture was scratched and the carpets were torn in some areas.
