Convenient access to other buildings, enjoyable spa, diverse dining options in connected mall. Free coffee and treats in room. Spacious suite with luxurious perks like steam room. Welcoming and attentive service from Maxims team.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was near the old casino and a mall with a good variety of restaurants. It was also convenient to access other areas in the resort. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering great service throughout our stay. The breakfast had a good variety of options and the view from the room was pleasant.

The check-in process was quite lengthy and could be improved.

We were pleasantly surprised by the luxurious amenities and facilities in the room. the exclusive TV in the bathroom and the walk-in wardrobe were impressive.
