My family and I had a fantastic weekend getaway at a beachside hotel. The location was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, with a stunning beach right in front of us. We enjoyed the spacious and clean rooms, which had all the necessary amenities. The service was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast spread was satisfying, with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel also had great facilities, like a kids' water-themed park and a golf course. We couldn't get enough of the breathtaking view from our room.

Some areas of the hotel could benefit from a makeover to match the overall experience.

The beach and pool are enjoyable. The room has both fan and air conditioning. 2 new dinner cafés are available at the venue. The breakfast buffet has good variety and is delicious. The lobby has comfortable seating.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel. the room advantages were exclusive with spacious layout, a comfortable bed, and stunning views. the outdoor swimming pool was outstanding, and the Jacuzzi was fantastic. the private facilities were top-notch, and the service was excellent. the location advantages were superb with beach access and beachfront.

The sauna was not accessible, and we had an issue with the wifi being slow. the staff was helpful in trying to fix it promptly.

Great beach, fantastic views from the room, friendly staff, good swimming pool and gym, unlimited water refills, hot shower with good water pressure.

We had a pleasant stay at this beachfront resort. The location, right next to the beach, was perfect for a relaxing vacation. The wide swimming pool was also a highlight, and we enjoyed the stunning view and beach. The coffee tarik from Hainan Express Cafe was delicious. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The pool was fantastic, perfect for a romantic escape. We also enjoyed the food at the restaurants, especially the variety at the meraga beris and hainan restaurants. we rented bicycles from the hotel, which was a fun way to explore the surroundings.

There were a lot of house-flies at the restaurant during breakfast, which made us feel uneasy while dining. We hope the hotel can address this issue.

We had a great time on our city break! the breakfast was good, and we appreciated the complementary beach towels and chairs. the location is prime, as it's just a short walk to the beach and there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

That being said, we felt that the staff could have been more accommodating and friendly. the rooms were a bit outdated and could use some updating.
