The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is right in the center of Penang's bustling tourist street. It is within walking distance to many popular attractions, cafes, and a shopping center. Guests can easily explore the vibrant city and enjoy the local food scene. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable king-size beds and modern amenities such as a hot rain shower, iron and ironing board, microwave, and fridge. The hotel also provides umbrellas for guests' convenience.

Noise can be a problem at night, as mentioned by some previous guests.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were affordable, especially considering the central location in Georgetown. Plus, the attention to detail was evident throughout my stay, from the new furniture in the rooms to the complete facilities provided. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all our basic amenities were taken care of. Additionally, the breakfast offered was delicious with a good variety of options.

No major issues, everything was alright.

During my Easter stay, I appreciated the complimentary toiletries and towels, as well as the convenience of having a microwave available. the hotel's location was ideal for exploring the area, with many local attractions within walking distance. the staff was very welcoming and provided excellent service to make my stay comfortable.

The noise level at night was a bit too high, which made it difficult to get a restful sleep. the noise came from nightlife activities in the area, which persisted till early hours of the morning.

We had a fantastic stay at Ropewalk Piazza Hotel By Phc. the location was excellent, with everything just a short walk away. the shop house ambiance and Peranakan decor added to the overall experience. the rooms were beautifully decorated, comfortable, and cleaned daily. the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. the kitchen, complete with a fridge and small freeze compartment, was a convenient feature. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with free coffee upon arrival and explaining everything in detail. We especially loved the cozy common area where we enjoyed a small breakfast before exploring the area. a wonderful experience and we would definitely choose PHC hotels again in the future.
