Our stay at Royal Agate Beach Resort was quite a pleasant surprise. The value for money was great, considering the enormous room and the efficient air conditioning. The location was perfect, with the beach and plenty of shops and restaurants just a short walk away. The staff at the reception and the rooftop terrace were very friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a simple yet pleasant decor. The hotel's location was ideal, right in the heart of the city, just across the road from the beautiful beach. We were able to explore the many dining options and duty-free malls within a five-minute walk. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to ensure our satisfaction. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast at the rooftop, which offered stunning views in the morning.

Our Thanksgiving at the hotel was great as we got complementary breakfast and wine on arrival. the hotel was ideally located as it was just a 2-minute walk to the beach and close to many attractions. the staff members were very friendly and helpful which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Although the hotel was great, the room was not very spacious and the pillows were quite uncomfortable. the hotel lacked some basic amenities that we expected, such as a fitness center.
