Very easy check-in process and friendly staff. Nice view from the room and the room was very clean. Convenient location within walking distance of the train station and KLCC twin towers.

Lack of assistance with luggage and limited reception services. Long wait times for the elevator.

The view from the apartment on the 40th floor was absolutely amazing. It was truly breathtaking to see the city skyline from that height. the location of the apartment was perfect for our city trip. It was close to the metro and train stations, making it easy for us to explore the city. there was a mall nearby, which was convenient for shopping and dining.

One of the main issues we had was the lack of information provided by the staff. We were not given a city map or any information about the city, leaving us to figure things out on our own.

We had a great value for our money with a comfortable and clean apartment, perfect for our family. The location was ideal, with plenty of restaurants and malls within walking distance. The staff, especially the person who greeted us at the lobby and communicated through WhatsApp, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with several shopping centres nearby and easy access to all local attractions and malls. The staff, especially Atef, provided exceptional service and helped us with everything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great view of the city. The bathroom was spacious and well-equipped. The hotel had a fantastic infinity pool with a breathtaking view of the twin towers and a gym that guests could use for free. The check-in and check-out process was fast and easy.

Some basic kitchen amenities and utensils were missing, which would have been a nice addition.

Located in the heart of the city, this spacious and clean apartment offers amazing views from the big windows. The friendly staff, like Husan, go above and beyond to make guests feel welcomed. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, and the comfortable beds ensure a good night's sleep. The location is great, although the nearest train station is a bit of a walk away. the service and the view make this a pleasant stay.

The pool can get quite crowded, especially during peak times.

We recently stayed at a fantastic apartment called Saba Suites At Platinum Klcc Bukit Bintang. It was a spacious and well-maintained 2-bedroom apartment, which was perfect for our family of three. the location was incredibly convenient, with all the major tourist attractions within walking distance. We were also pleased to find that the monorail station was just a 3-minute walk away, making it easy to explore the city. the person who assisted us during check-in and check-out was extremely helpful and friendly. we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend Saba Suites.

stayed at saba suites for a wedding and it exceeded my expectations. the room was spacious with excellent facilities, and the infinity pool on level 51 offered a breathtaking view of kl. the location was also strategic, with iconic buildings within sight. highly recommend this place for a memorable stay.

Elevator wait time was long.

The private suite was perfect for our New Year's stay, offering us independence while still enjoying the perks of a hotel. the swimming pool on the 51st floor provided stunning views of the city, and we loved that the restaurant stayed open until 2am. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Arranging airport transfer was a bit difficult before our arrival, and the walls of our apartment backed onto the lift shaft, resulting in noise from the lifts. the pool area had fantastic views, but it was challenging to find a free sunbed.

I recently stayed at Saba Suites in Kuala Lumpur for a few days. The location was perfect, close to shopping malls and great restaurants. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, with a fantastic view of the city from the big windows. The check-in process was easy and all communication was done through WhatsApp, with quick responses from the friendly staff. The apartment had everything we needed, including a washing machine, fridge, oven, and stove. it was a great experience and I highly recommend this hotel.
