The cabin rooms were modern, clean, and had everything we needed. The hotel's location was perfect, right in front of the Jetty clans and close to famous street art in Georgetown. It was also convenient for exploring the rest of Penang with easy access to taxis and attractions like Kek Lok Si Temple and Penang Hill. The staff were incredibly helpful, accommodating our late check-in and quickly resolving any issues we had, such as WiFi problems. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

There were a few minor inconveniences during our stay. The room wasn't ready at the advertised time, although the staff did their best to minimize the delay.

Value for money was excellent! The room was spacious and had a minimalist style that I loved. The location was perfect, right across from the Weld Quay Shell station and within walking distance to great food options and heritage buildings. The staff at the hotel were exceptional, attentive, and made my stay a lovely experience from check-in to check-out.

Breakfast items could have had more variety.

We had an amazing stay at Savv! The new hotel is beautifully decorated, and our room was clean, comfortable, and had a stunning view of the city. The rainshower and hair dryer were great amenities. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to food places and tourist attractions like the murals and jetty. We felt like part of a warm family environment, thanks to the caring and helpful staff who went the extra mile to make our honeymoon special. we highly recommend Savv Hotel!
