Amazing facilities, friendly staff, great location, delicious breakfast, spacious room with sea view.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short drive from the airport, making it easy to get to. We were pleased to see that the adult-only areas were well-maintained, and the beach provided views of a beautiful sunset.

The hotel seemed to lack proper cleanup measures. Despite a lot of rubbish floating by the shore, we didn't see any cleanup during our 4-day stay.

The facilities offered at this hotel are amazing and all for free. From the infinity pool, fitness center, sauna, hammam, and jacuzzi to the sunset bar where you can enjoy a glass of wine at dusk. The complimentary breakfast buffet included in our room rate offers a wide variety of choices. The staff is really helpful and the amenities in the room and bathroom are top-notch. The room upgrade we got on arrival was a pleasant surprise!

From the moment I checked in, the staff provided exceptional service. They were always friendly and quickly attended to any requests. the breakfast at the resort was delicious and I never had to wait in line, even during busy times. the room service was prompt and the food was always hot. the variety of breakfast menu was impressive and the food tasted delicious. the resort also had a water play area and pool, perfect for relaxation. the atmosphere, especially at the Kinabalu wing, was calming and peaceful. I also appreciated the free parking provided by the resort.

The luxurious amenities of this hotel fulfilled all our needs and exceeded our expectations. the staff offered exceptional service, especially at the spa and wellness centre where we enjoyed a full body massage and foot massage. the outdoor infinity pool provided beautiful ocean views and the sun terrace had comfortable sun loungers.

The bar and lounge area lacked entertainment and live music, which we were hoping for. the outdoor dining area provided lovely dinner options with delicious halal food.

Spacious rooms with stunning sea views, perfect for watching breathtaking sunsets. The pool area, complete with water slides, is great for families with children. Breakfast offers a wide range of options, including local cuisine and fresh juices. Highly accommodating staff that pays close attention to details. The complimentary fruits in the rooms are a nice touch.

This hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to KK centre and nearby restaurants. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and lovely sea views. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of Asian and western options. The sprawling pool area is perfect for relaxation, with plenty of sun beds and poolside service. the hotel offers activities such as tennis, snorkeling trips, and water slides to keep guests entertained.

Some guests experienced noise issues from other guests, and there were instances where requests for room decorations were delayed.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel. The pool area was amazing and our kids loved the slides. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of food. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. we highly recommend the hotel.

We spent the new year holidays in a hotel in Malaysia and we were impressed with the warm hospitality of the staff. We received complimentary fruit baskets and flowers that made us feel welcome and appreciated. the location of the hotel was perfect for our needs as it offered easy access to island tours and other activities. We also enjoyed the stunning room ambiance and surroundings.

The service at Coco Joe's restaurant was not up to our expectations as the promised reservation was not made and the food arrived late. We also found that communication with staff needs improvement.
