It is a spacious resort with a well-equipped Horizon Club for families and engaging children's activities and excellent dining options!

The location is ideal, just a 10-minute drive from the airport, making transfers easy. I enjoyed the spacious Tanjung Twin Room with a stunning sea view, and the breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes. The staff at Cafe Tatu, especially Majid and his crew, made dining with toddlers a breeze.

Parking at the resort can be quite challenging to find, especially during peak hours.

The breakfast was WONDERFUL, with a vast selection of local and international cuisines. The staff were friendly and attentive, making my stay feel special.

The check-in process was frustratingly slow, taking over 30 minutes. The beach area had rocky terrain that limited swimming options—not ideal for a seaside retreat!

the facilities were very clean and well-maintained. the check-out queue was too long.

i came here expecting a luxury experience but had to wait over 30 mins to check in, just to get one key card for two guests! the pool was overloaded with people, and no one bothered to assist with any comfort issues, unbelievable. i almost left a glowing review, but their service was just too lackluster.

It was just a proper fit for a brief pit stop in Kota Kinabalu with good price value. The breakfast was amazing, offering a huge variety of dishes that catered to every taste, making mornings enjoyable. Be sure to check out local restaurants nearby for more budget-friendly dining options.

We really enjoyed the spacious Tanjung Twin Room with a fantastic sea view. The breakfast was impressive, offering a delightful variety, and we loved the relaxing atmosphere at the Horizon Lounge. Plus, visiting the Klias wetlands to watch wildlife was unforgettable.

My kids wished for more engaging activities at the pool.

the resort offers a variety of activities like snorkeling and parasailing next door perfect for adventure lovers you can enjoy clean pools with slides that are totally kid-friendly too. the staff at the restaurant went out of their way to help when the food didn’t meet expectations on one occasion.

Superb ocean view from the room! Breakfast was a feast with tons of options! The staff was attentive and went the extra mile for great service, especially at the sunset bar where the drinks were spot on.

The bar could use a physical menu. that QR code thing was kinda annoying. Also, a few more umbrellas by the beach would be awesome for sunbathers.

The Kinabalu King Room with Sea View offered breathtaking views and ample space, making it perfect for relaxation. The beach area, while picturesque, didn't provide great swimming due to rocky terrain. The hotel staff were generally warm and welcoming. however, dining options felt somewhat limited during lunch hours.

We had a delightful stay in the Kinabalu Twin Room with a stunning sea view. The pool area was fantastic for kids, with safety personnel ensuring fun without worries. Room service exceeded expectations, delivering delicious meals. For a special treat, try dining at the local restaurants nearby for a more budget-friendly experience!
