I loved staying in the capsule at Sim Hotel! It was super comfortable and the blanket was soft. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing me to switch to a female pod. The location was great, especially with the Berjaya Times Square mall nearby. The capsules had cool futuristic features like individual lights and a flashing alarm clock. The amenities provided, including towels, headphones, and a remote for the TV, were a nice touch. Free drinking water, tea, and biscuits were also available. it was a unique and enjoyable experience.

Felt quite safe, nothing too much trouble.

this hotel surpassed my expectations! after a tiring journey, they let me check in early and the futuristic pods were really cool. great amenities, helpful staff, and perfect location near Berjaya Times Square. I'll definitely stay here again.
