Just returned from a fantastic stay at Somerset in Kuala Lumpur. The bed was amazingly comfy and the view from our room was stunning. We loved the variety of TV channels and the WiFi connection was reliable. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had a fully-equipped kitchen. The rooftop swimming pool was a highlight and the staff were friendly and helpful. We even got complimentary early check-in and late check-out. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

Convenient location for Petronas Twin Towers, getting around in the Golden Triangle, comfortable apartments with modern amenities, rooftop pool with great city views, plenty of dining options nearby.

Had to deal with the lovely scent of cigarettes wafting through the smoking floor. How delightful.

The value for money at Somerset was absolutely worth it. The room was luxurious and the attention to detail was impressive, from the comfortable bed to the slippers and robe provided. The staff were friendly and created a great holiday atmosphere during our stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to the underground and in a good area.

One area that could be improved is the breakfast selection. It would be great to have a wider variety of menu options to choose from, as well as better quality cakes.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities on the 22nd floor, including the lounge, swimming pool, and gym, were very clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect, as it was near KLCC and within walking distance of the city center malls. Additionally, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service.
