I had a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel in the heart of the old town. the beautifully refurbished historic building and nicely styled communal areas added to the charm. the staff, especially the woman at the lobby, were very helpful and friendly, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. the location was perfect, with major sights and attractions just a short walk away. the rooms were bright, functional, and felt safe with their own locks. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, with the request to remove shoes upon entry.

The location of this place is perfect - it is situated in a very secluded area of GeorgeTown, but still within walking distance to many popular tourist attractions. I loved that it was right next to a mosque, giving it a unique cultural atmosphere. The service provided by the staff was top-notch. They were always accommodating and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room amenities were excellent - the air conditioning kept me cool during the hot weather, and I appreciated having a sitting area and an in-room safe. The hotel also provided free toiletries, an electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV. The carpeted floors added a nice touch of luxury to the room.

Christmas at this hotel was wonderful. We were delighted to receive complementary mulled wine and mince pies upon arrival, which was a lovely festive touch. the hotel was situated in the heart of the city, making it convenient to explore all the local attractions. the staff were friendly and welcoming, always available to assist with any requests. We enjoyed the rooftop terrace with panoramic views of the city.

The room was a little small and lacked storage space. the noise level was high due to the busy street below.
