The location is very convenient, being in close proximity to the towering landmarks in the heart of the city. Within walking distance, you can easily reach the famous Petronas towers for a stunning view. the rooms are spacious and equipped with necessary toiletries, ensuring a comfortable stay akin to your own home. the rooftop pools provide a relaxing retreat with a breathtaking skyline view.

In contrast, maintenance issues deter from the experience.

I arrived at the hotel feeling apprehensive after a confusing check-in. the staff’s odd behaviour left me feeling like a character in a spy movie. No wifi, intimidating requests, and a peculiar deposit demand. I swiftly left for another hotel. the experience was so strange that it felt like I had stumbled into a mystery novel instead of a relaxing vacation. In the end, my unexpected adventure led me to a hotel down the road with a much more straightforward stay.

During our recent weekend getaway, we stayed at Star at KLCC in a room with an incredible rooftop view from Tower 3, level 46, Unit 2. the rooftop pool offered stunning city panoramas, including the iconic Petronas Towers. the comfortable beds, effective air conditioning, and the overall modern and clean ambiance made our stay enjoyable. the hotel's security measures added to our peace of mind.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.
