Lovely River Views and Beautiful Gardens

We were captivated by the stunning river views and well-maintained gardens at Straits View Hotel Jb. The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. The flexible check-in and checkout times were a bonus. The staff, especially Mr. Zien on reception and Pauline at breakfast, were exceptional and made us feel welcome. The hotel offered good breakfast options and the WiFi connection was excellent. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel for a few days of peaceful relaxation.

I recently stayed at Straits View Hotel Jb for a short stopover and it was perfect for my needs. The spacious room and clean toilet were impressive, and the friendly reception and housekeeping staff made me feel welcome. The hotel's location was ideal, with pleasant grounds and great connectivity to major highways. The wifi was also adequate, which was a bonus. I found it to be a basic hotel with clean facilities and good amenities, making it an excellent choice for a short stay.

As youngsters, we really enjoyed the spacious, well-appointed room at Straits View Hotel. The room was very comfortable and had a great view of the tropical garden. The air-conditioning worked well and the room was clean and well maintained. We also appreciated the ample on-site parking and the fact that the hotel is located in a convenient yet peaceful area. The friendly and helpful reception staff made our stay even better. the hotel provided great value for money and we liked that it had a more traditional vibe instead of being overly modern.

I had a surprisingly good stay at a hotel with a great rate! Although the hotel is quite old, I wasn't expecting much considering the price. The room felt a bit dated, but it was clean and the bed was huge. Breakfast was simple but tasty, especially the dry mee Siam and nasi lemak. The location was excellent, making it easy to travel to different parts of Johor. The staff was friendly and helpful, giving us recommendations for dinner. if you're looking for a value for money place to stay for the night, Straits View Hotel Jb is a good option.

Liked the spacious rooms with high ceilings. The air conditioning was powerful and kept the room cool. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful, even lending me money for a taxi fare. The hotel is conveniently located just a short taxi ride away from the center of town.

Disliked that the TV channels were not very clear. However, the view from the room made up for it.

The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the staff was friendly. a spacious and clean property that we would definitely book again.
